We have had a contact from a villager who has recently been the victim of an opportunist thief. Has anyone else in the village had a similar experience lately? Please let us know. In the meantime, please be on your guard and don't leave your garages or other belongings unlocked or unattended. It is very sad to think that there are thieves at work in such a beautiful place as Belthorn but sadly it appears that this is the case.

 

Well the rumour mill is going crazy! Is there going to be an indian restaurant at the Dog Inn?

 

The sign outside the Dog would appear to suggest that this is indeed the case. Well, much as I love indian food, I would prefer my village pub to remain a pub, and I have it on reliable authority that the sign outside the Dog is in fact, a Prank by a naughty villager! If you know who the culprit is, why don't you let us know!
