This is the website for Belthorn village in Lancashire. It is a space for villagers past and present to share information about the latest news and what's happening in our community.
The traffic passing through Belthorn, particularly at rush hour in the morning has become an increasing problem for the village. For this reason I have set up a special page on the website where you can follow the correspondence which is going backwards and forwards on this issue. If you have a contribution you would like to make, please let me have your views by using the contact form on this website. You can also email me at gwen@belthornvillage.co.uk and I will publish your comments.
For those who may be concerned that I have taken the wind farm page down from the site, please be assured that I have archived its content so that if it is ever needed, it is available from me.
Belthorn now has a facebook page so please search for Belthorn Village from your own facebook page and click 'like' and add your news, views and opinions to the page - the more you use it the better it will be!
